Job Description
Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
Assist customers with outdoor gear, fishing tackle, and bait purchases
Stocking and counting bait
Operate POS system and handle cash transactions
Stock shelves and maintain organized displays
Keep store clean, safe, and visually appealing
Assist with receiving inventory and restocking
Answer customer questions about local fishing, gear, and products
Hands-on learning about gear, bait, and local outdoor knowledge
Required Skills & Role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Interest in fishing, camping, or outdoor recreation is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable handling cash and using a computer/POS system
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
Ability to lift and carry merchandise as needed
