Job Description
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Ensure that food comes out in a timely manner and high quality presentation
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Clean kitchen and work areas
Maintain a positive and professional attitude and approach with coworkers and customers
Stock inventory appropriately
Excel in a fast-paced environment
Handle Food safely, with proper storage and sanitation
Follow food safety protocals to prevent contamination
Required Skills & Role
Required Skills, Experience & Education
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head/Main Cook
Preferred Skills & Experience
University / College Degree
Safe Food Handling Certificate
Knowledge in Point of Sale System
Knowledge in Microsoft Applications
