Job Description
Maintain clean and presentable guest rooms and common areas by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors
Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture as required
Make beds, change linens, and ensure guest rooms are prepared to a high standard
Distribute clean towels, toiletries, and other guest supplies
Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures, surfaces, and appliances
Respond to guest requests for additional supplies, towels, toiletries, or other items in a friendly and timely manner
Collect debris, empty waste containers, and dispose of garbage appropriately
Clean and maintain changing rooms, showers, and other shared facilities
Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
Required Skills & Role
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable completing repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
Physically capable of performing housekeeping duties, including bending, crouching, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Dependable, punctual, and responsible
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Takes initiative and works efficiently with minimal supervision
Works well independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
