Server/Housekeeper

We are seeking two individuals who would like to experience summer life living and working at a Fly-in fishing lodge located on Esnagi Lake near Wawa Ontario. The position is split into two roles:

As a Server, you will be the Face of The Northern Way in the dining room. Providing our guests with outstanding service for breakfast and dinner. Most of our guests enjoy their lunches out on the water.

Server Daily Responsibilities:

• Set dining room tables for Breakfast, Lunch (optional) and Dinner
• Serve meals to our guests
• Clean the tables and dishes after each meal
• Clean the kitchen area at the end of the day
• Set up coffee service in the morning and in the evening
• Keep the main lodge rooms clean and neat

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for tidying and cleaning guest cabins ensuring they are welcoming and warm when our guests return after a great day of fishing on Esnagi Lake.

Housekeeper Daily Responsibilities:

• Remove all waste and recycling from guest cabins
• Clean, wash and tidy guest cabins including floors, tables, bathrooms and bedrooms
• Provide laundry service including fresh linens, towels etc as requested by guests and at guest changeover
• Ensure the exterior of the guest cabins are clean, including windows, windowsills and front decks and stairs
