We are seeking an individual who loves working in the outdoors at a fly-in Lodge near White River Ontario to join our team in a Labourer role. In this role, you will be focused on ensuring that the grounds, including shore lunch sites are clean and well maintained, as well as perform general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, structures, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the opening and closing of the Lodge

Daily tasks include:

• Fill generators, propane tanks as required
• Building upkeep and improvements as required
• Support Maintenance Specialist when required
• Lawn and garden maintenance
• Mark water hazards on the lake
• Refuse and recycling collection
• Assisting guests with luggage
• Support teammates as required

Requirements:

• Possess a positive attitude and exhibit a strong work ethic
• Physically fit
• Be team oriented
• Have a strong service orientation
• Pay attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task
• Be flexible and willing to take on various tasks as needed
• Be able to deal with unexpected situations
• Have a strong ‘figure it out’ ability
