Required Qualifications

• Red Seal Electrical Certification (Journeyperson)

• 2nd to 4th Year Electrical Apprenticeship

• Valid driver's licence

• Eligibility to work in Ontario in accordance with applicable trade certification and apprenticeship requirements

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful candidates must be able to pass:

• Drug and alcohol screening

• Site-specific onboarding and orientation requirements

Experience & Training

• Industrial electrical experience, preferably in mining or heavy industrial environments

• Working at Heights / Fall Protection training recognized in Ontario

• Elevated Work Platform certification or equivalent training

• Previous experience working at remote mine sites considered an asset

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous construction, mining, or industrial electrical experience

• Be capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs

• Be physically fit and able to perform demanding work for extended periods while maintaining safe work practices

• Be comfortable standing for prolonged periods on stairs, elevated platforms, and uneven terrain

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately

• Be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions and challenging environments

• Be comfortable working at a remote camp location on a rotational schedule

• Be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic

• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
