We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you’ll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller—while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Location : 61 Mission Road Wawa, Ontario P0S 1K0 (Mission Motors)
Wage: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Hours: Full Time - Monday-Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm
What You Will Be Doing:
Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department
Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
Licensing paperwork
Additional duties as assigned
Daily production reports and till balancing
Required Skills & Role
What You Bring to the Table:
Completion of High School
Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Above average computer skills
Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
